In case of an injury, the first thing to do is to tell your child to immediately stop jumping. Second, have a look at the injury and judge whether it’s a minor one or something more serious. Small injuries are the ones that heal within a few days and don't affect your child’s everyday routine. Such are small cuts, burns, or bruises. However, if they don’t heal, if the child keeps feeling persistent or increasing pain or has difficulty moving the injured area, you must go see a doctor.
