My Honest Review of the Cellerciser after 3 Years

Let me begin this Cellerciser® review by saying that I’ve tried my fair share of trampolines in my quest for the best workout. And while most of them have helped me hit my fitness goals, many didn’t last long.

After a long stretch of not working out—hello, cellulite—I knew I needed something different, something I’d actually want to stick with.

That’s when I came across the Cellerciser®. It promised not only a great workout but also lymphatic drainage and durability. I was sold…

And I never regretted it! Fast forward three years and it’s still one of my favorite pieces of fitness equipment.

Here is my honest Cellerciser® review.

My personal experience with the Cellerciser®

One of the biggest upsides for me is the build quality. The frame feels sturdy, and the special, patented spring design (called TriDaptable) makes the bounce feel smooth, controlled, and gentle at the same time. It’s great for my workouts, especially because it feels gentle on my joints.

The durability really stood out for me compared to cheaper rebounders, which would break down or feel flimsy after a few months. You can say the Cellerciser® is built to last. Even after almost daily use, it still feels as sturdy as day one. Plus, the mat is strong and hasn’t stretched out like some other trampolines I’ve used.

I also love how easy it is to fold and store. The Bi-fold model is very convenient to move around. But I do have the Tri-fold version, and I can’t recommend that enough if you travel a lot like me.

Cellerciser Rebounder Trampoline Tri-Fold

It’s true that some people prefer the soft, gentle bounce of a bungee rebounder for lymphatic drainage and that’s alright, of course. But honestly, I prefer the firmer bounce of the Cellerciser® for my workouts and lymphatic drainage. For me, that makes bouncing feel more controlled and effective. I’ve tried bungee rebounders in this price range, and while the soft bounce is nice, it doesn’t give me the same sense of stability or intensity that the Cellerciser® does.

There are a few downsides, though. The springs did squeak a bit at first, but I found that applying a little WD-40 solved the issue quickly. Also, it’s not as “bouncy” or soft as some bungee-based trampolines. If you’re looking for the same experience like a bungee rebounder, that’s not it. But it’s also not like a spring rebounder. The unique technology means it’s in a category of its own.

Cellerciser® models comparison table

Basically, you’ve got the Bi-fold and the Tri-fold Cellerciser®. The biggest difference between the two is portability. They are made of the same materials and many people can’t tell the difference. However, it’s worth noting the tri-fold has a flexible frame. As you’re jumping from side to side, the tri-fold frame actually flexes with the springs. This might give you a more intense workout.

My honest, in-depth review of the Cellerciser®

Build quality

I can say the Cellerciser® is one of the best-built rebounders I’ve used. It’s durable, well-made, and comfortable for both light and intense workouts. If you’re tired of rebounders that wear out too quickly, this one’s definitely different.

The build is sturdy, and even after months of daily use, it still feels like new. Sure, the springs took a little time to “settle in,” but now they’re practically silent. The frame is solid steel, and you can just feel the difference compared to cheaper rebounders. The electroplated finish gives it a sleek look, and it helps prevent rust, which is great because I don’t want to worry if my closet is too damp for it.

TriDaptable Springs

One of the things I love most is the TriDaptable springs. These aren’t your typical springs—they adapt to your weight and how high you’re jumping. Unlike regular springs that can feel harsh, these have multiple tension levels that kick in gradually. This makes the impact on your joints much lower.

Cellerciser Rebounder Reviews

Bounce Feel

Next in my Cellerciser® review is the bounce. I’ve used rebounders that felt too stiff or too soft, but the Cellerciser® seems to find that sweet spot. That is of course, when we’re talking about rebounders in the same price range or lower. No matter how you’re jumping, it will never feel bad on your joints.

The bounce feels just right—firm, but not jarring. It’s not the super soft, floaty bounce you get from bungee rebounders, but it’s also not harsh like some spring-based mini trampolines.

The bounce is one of the main reasons the Cellerciser® feels so comfortable to use, no matter how hard I’m working out. It also feels controlled.

You won’t be able to bounce super high, but that’s actually a plus—it keeps the workout intense without putting stress on your joints. This mini trampoline can work for both cardio and strength exercises, giving you a solid, low-impact workout.

Portability

One thing I really appreciate about the Cellerciser® is how portable it is. The legs fold up easily on both models which makes it super simple to store or take wherever you go. When I’m not using it, I fold it down and tuck it away. For something so solidly built, It’s surprisingly easy to move around!

That’s unlike many cheaper rebounders that are advertised as foldable but aren’t easy to fold. For example, you might have to unscrew the legs. Some are even dangerous or require the physical force of two people to fold.

The Bi-fold Cellerciser® only folds in half. It’s still quite portable and comes with a carrying case, but it doesn’t have the built-in wheels that the Tri-fold has. The Bi-fold is a bit bulkier to move, but it’s still manageable for storing or transporting occasionally.

Both models feature foldable legs, making them easy to tuck away when not in use, but the Tri-fold model is the most travel-friendly option if that’s a top priority for you.

Mat Durability

The mat is another highlight. It’s made from the same material they use in seat belts and swimming pool covers—so yeah, it’s tough. Unlike some other rebounders where the mat stretches out over time, this one holds its shape. I never feel like my feet are sinking in, which makes jumping a lot more comfortable for me.

The Cellerciser®’s mat is UV-resistant and designed to handle all kinds of conditions, so I never worry about it wearing out. Plus, it gives great support while jumping, which makes the whole workout feel stable and comfortable.

Handlebar

The handlebar, or as they call it “The Balance and Performance Bar”, is always included with the top-tier Tri-Fold Cellerciser®. For the Bi-Fold, you have the option to get one without a bar or you can buy it bundled with a bar

For $150 more, you can get the Tri-Fold — better folding, a dolly carrying case, and the new streamlined bar (not sure what they mean by that and I couldn’t find an explanation). But at this price point, I think it’s a nice offer.

The handlebar adjusts at three different levels.

Accessories and extras

This Cellerciser® review is getting long, but I've got to tell you everything! When it comes to accessories and extras, the different Cellerciser® models offer a few options. Both the Tri-fold and Bi-fold models come with a carrying case, which is really handy for storing or transporting the rebounder.

The Tri-fold model has a dolly carrying case with built-in wheels and a pull-out handle, making it more travel-friendly.

Another nice accessory is the Mr. Rebounder® “PlayIn” Wireless Monitor that helps you track your calories. Made in the USA, this is not like other monitors that are only counting the number of hops. This one actually measures deflection, intensity, caloric burn, and intensity. That’s a pretty cool thing to add to your setup and it fits all Cellerciser® models.

You can also buy guided routines at the Cellerciser® shop to get the most out of your rebounder.

Warranty

The Cellerciser® comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame, rubber feet, bullhorns, pins, and 5 years on the springs and mat. There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee. They provide phone customer support to help resolve any problems, which adds to the overall peace of mind. I’ve only had to use their support once to ask some questions and they were very helpful.

Price

No Cellerciser® review can go without a price discussion. The Cellerciser® ranges from $540 to $750, depending on the model. It’s a mid-range price point for high-quality rebounders. In comparison, Bellicon models are more expensive, starting around $600 and going over $1,000, especially with larger sizes or custom bungees.

JumpSport is generally more affordable than the other two. The JumpSport 350 is priced between $400 and $450, while the JumpSport 570 ranges from $550 to $650.

FAQ

How does the Cellerciser® help with lymphatic drainage?

The Cellerciser® is great for helping with lymphatic drainage because of the bouncing motion. When you bounce, it naturally gets your lymphatic system moving. The lymph system doesn't have a pump like your heart, so it depends on your movement to circulate fluid. Rebounding on the Cellerciser® gives that gentle, up-and-down motion that helps flush out toxins and keep things flowing. It’s an easy way to boost circulation and support your immune system, just by bouncing!

Cellerciser Rebounder

How often should you rebound on the Cellerciser®?

To get the best results with your Cellerciser®, you have to use it regularly. For beginners, starting with 10 to 15 minutes per day, 3 to 5 times a week, is a great way to build up your fitness and allow your body to adjust to the rebounder.

As you get more comfortable, you can increase your time to 20 to 30 minutes daily for more intensive workouts. Rebounding is gentle enough to do multiple times a day without putting too much stress on your joints, so some people even incorporate short sessions of a few minutes throughout their day. It’s all about what feels best for your body and your fitness goals.

How long do Cellerciser springs last?

The springs on the Cellerciser are designed to be long-lasting and highly durable. According to reviews and product documentation, the Cellerciser's TriDaptable springs do not require frequent replacement, even after years of use. Many people say that the springs can last for over a decade without needing replacement, provided the unit is well-maintained and used indoors. At the time of writing this Cellerciser® review, I have no problems with the springs (and never have had any).

The unique design of the springs, with their tiered and tapered construction, contributes to their longevity. They are built to accommodate different user weights and levels of intensity without losing their elasticity or breaking down easily.

How much weight can a Cellerciser® hold?

This wouldn't be a complete Cellerciser® review if we didn't talk about the weight limit. The Cellerciser® is designed to hold up to 300 pounds safely, making it suitable for a wide range of users. This weight limit ensures that the rebounder provides a stable and effective workout experience while maintaining durability over long-term use.
